The Beaver plan is $360 a month.
Start with the plan and move to Beaver PLUS when the work grows.
It always starts with the Beaver plan.
First month free, then the same date every month.
Turns the work inside your company into screens.
The place to start without much at stake.
- Up to ten people using it
- No limit on screens, phone view included
- No exchange with outside services
The first month isn’t billed.
Keep the $360 and look at the first screen.
Settled together, depending on what it does.
Everything above that.
Talks to the outside, runs on a schedule, builds what’s yours alone.
- No limit on people
- Integrations — Slack bot, notifications, Google Sheets, email
- Scheduled work, like a morning report or month-end close
- Custom work — your own systems, a POS, a bot trained on your documents
Can’t be bought directly.
Write what you need and we get in touch to settle it together.
- More than ten people use it
- It needs to exchange with the outside — a Slack bot, notifications, Google Sheets
- Something needs to run on its own at a set time
- It has to connect to your own systems, or build something outside the frame
Either plan does all of this
The plan only changes how many people can use it, whether it talks to the outside, and custom work. Everything below comes with the Beaver plan.
- An ERP built for your company
- Moving the data from the sheets and files you use now
- A separate server and database per company, backed up daily
- Development requests through the chat next to the screen, no limit on how many
- Operations, security patches, outage response
- A customer portal — invoices, payment, server status
- The data is yours, and you take all of it with you if you leave
The first month, on trial
The month Beaver takes your sheets and builds the first screen. No pay.
- 1
Beaver shows up
Thirty minutes of listening to which sheets you use and how.
- 2
First screen within two weeks
The sheet you open most becomes a screen.
- 3
You decide whether to keep going
If you do, pay starts from the second month. If not, you get the screens and data and Beaver packs up.
Questions people ask
How do I bring in the sheets I already use
Any time. Attach the file in the chat and I build the screen with the same column names and move the values. “final_v2_FINAL” is fine as it is. During the trial I only look at the header row and fill the values with sample data — real values go to your own server after you sign up.
Does everything have to be built before I start
No. Building it all at once is heavy and usually fails. The one thing you open most becomes a screen first, and the rest gets added one at a time as you use it. What was in a sheet gets moved over, what went through the group chat becomes a screen, and what nobody wrote down gets built now.
How do I move to Beaver PLUS
Under Subscription in the portal, press “Request Beaver PLUS” and write what more you need. Saying it in the chat works too — Beaver points you there. Dodannylab gets in touch, we settle the scope and price together, and the plan changes from the next billing date after we agree.
When do I need Beaver PLUS
Any one of four. More than ten people use it, it needs to exchange with the outside — a Slack bot, notifications, Google Sheets — something needs to run on its own at a set time, or it has to connect to your own systems or build something outside the frame. Beaver says “this starts at Beaver PLUS” first.
Why is Beaver PLUS “$720 and up”
Because what it does differs from company to company. A few integrations like a Slack bot or Google Sheets is $720; connecting your in-house systems or a POS, or building something outside the frame like a bot trained on your documents, is settled together at what it takes. The agreed price goes into the contract and the portal along with the agreed scope.
Why can’t I start with Beaver PLUS
What you need only shows once the work starts. After a month on the Beaver plan you can see how many people use it and whether anything talks to the outside. Start big and half of it usually sits idle.
Can I go down as well
Yes. When what needed building is built and there’s less outside work, go back to the Beaver plan. Say so before the next billing date and that month is the last one billed.
How do I make a request
Say it in the chat next to the ERP screen (Beaver mode), right where it got in the way. No spec needed — “why doesn’t this total match” is a request too. Slack works as well.
How do I cancel
One line in the chat or by email — “stopping from next month.” No penalty. Tell us before the next billing date and that month is the last one billed.
What happens to the data if I cancel
It’s yours. Within 30 days you get CSV files and a full database dump, and the server is deleted after that.
Do I get the screens and the source code too
The data, all of it, no conditions. Source code is different — you have the right to use it while you subscribe, and if you want to keep using it after cancelling, the scope and the price are agreed separately.
Where are the servers
AWS, Seoul region. Each customer has a separate server and database, backups run daily, and access is HTTPS only.
How far do development requests go
Anything that moves the work you do now into screens and changes it. A new line of business gets scoped first. Integrations like a Slack bot or Google Sheets, and custom connections to your own systems, are Beaver PLUS — after we get in touch and settle the scope.
How long does it take
A column, a filter or a screen change is usually a few days. A new screen is a week or two.
How do I pay
By card, once a month on the date you started. Inside Korea the card is saved and charged on its own. Outside Korea a card can’t be saved for automatic billing yet, so on that date we mail you a payment link and you pay it in one go. Either way the charge is in Korean won and your bank converts it at their rate. The first month is free and needs no card.
Service period and refunds
One month at a time, from the day you pay to the day before the next billing date (pay on October 15 and it runs through November 14). If you make no requests in the first 7 days after paying, that month is refunded in full; after that, months already paid aren’t refunded. Days the service is down through our fault are refunded pro rata. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 3 business days. Full text in the terms of service, section 3.
Where do the numbers on the site come from
Three places.
- ERP rollouts run 195 days late on average and 34% over budget — Retail Dive, “New survey reveals major ERP woes for SME merchants” (2022)
- Customisation breaks with every update, double work with spreadsheets — Korean ERP buyer guides and cost analyses (2025–2026)
- 28 requests in three days · median first reply 16 minutes · 24 closed by the requester — one current customer’s chat log (Sep 7–9, 2026). Name withheld until they say yes
