BeaverERP

A nursing home ERP,
built as you use it

Residents, monthly billing and the roster, on a server opened for your home alone. Say one line in the chat next to the screen and Beaver changes it. The Beaver plan is $360 a month, and the first month is an unpaid trial.

Answer three questions and your screens usually arrive by email within an hour.

Any industry. If your company runs on a few spreadsheets and one person can say what they want, that’s enough.

  • One server per organizationYour data never mixes with anyone else’s
  • Cancel in the first month, pay nothingNo cancellation fee
  • Leave with your dataAs CSV and a database file

This is all you say.

Not a spec. One line, right where it got in the way.

Can we bring the resident register over from Excel?
Beaver
Yes. Send the file and I’ll build the screen with the same column names and move the values. No need to tidy it first
The meal rate changed — $3.20 from September
Beaver
September billing uses $3.20 from now on. August stays as it was
What each family owes is worked out differently for every resident
Beaver
I pulled care level, discounts, meals and extra care out into rules. Now you only enter the level and the days
I want to stop passing the roster around in a group chat
Beaver
Built a roster screen. When it changes, the nursing floor sees it on their phones
Why is this invoice wrong
Beaver
A resident who had left was still counted in that month’s meals. Took them out
Moving someone between rooms meant editing three files
Beaver
Change the room once now, and the register, the meal count and the invoice all follow

You don’t need to know what you can ask for. Say what’s in the way — Beaver finds a way, and says no when it can’t.

Not everything at once.

Building a whole ERP in one go is heavy, and it usually fails. Start with the one thing that hurts most, then add one at a time as you use it.

Month 1One orders screenStart with the order sheetFrom a spreadsheet
Month 2Stock, with status badgesLet’s see stock tooFrom a spreadsheet
Month 3Invoices and clientsMonth-end billing and overdue as wellNobody was writing it down
Month 5Attendance, and the phoneInstead of “I’m in” messagesFrom the group chat
After thatA dashboard, and on it goesLet me see it all at once

The first month is one screen — the one you open most. The next one gets decided as you use it.

The kind of work that becomes a screen.

There’s no menu of modules to pick from. Tell Beaver what you do in sheets and group chats today, and it builds it in that shape.

This is how it runs.

Once you subscribe, it goes like this.

  1. 1

You work on a server only your company uses

One server and one database per company. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and it’s backed up daily. HTTPS only, hosted on AWS.

  2. 2

You say it right where it gets in the way

One line in the chat next to the ERP screen. “Add an owner column.” No spec, no limit on how many.

  3. 3

Beaver fixes it and puts it live

A column the same day, a new screen in a week or two. When it’s up, the reply lands in the chat. Operations, security patches and outages are Beaver’s job too. Invoices and payment live in your portal.

Two companies using it now · as of 23 Sep
Requests per day
9/79/23

The two of them sent 224 requests in 17 days.

A first reply usually comes within 10 minutes.

220 of them are already done.

A care hospital

Admissions, monthly billing and shift rotas in one ERP. Enquiries from their website land there too.

128 requests since 7 Sep

An accounting firm

Internal work screens, an HR screen and the company website. When something needs changing, they type it in the chat beside the screen.

96 requests since 10 Sep

What people ask first.

Is Beaver a person

Beaver is an AI developer. Each company gets its own, and it works knowing that company’s screens, files and past requests. Things a person has to decide, like contracts and payment, the founder of DoDannyLab handles directly.

How is there no setup fee at $360 a month

A custom ERP used to take several developers months of work, so the build alone cost tens of thousands of dollars. AI is now good enough to do that development, so one Beaver can take a company’s requests day by day and fix them. That’s why it’s a monthly subscription, not a quote.

What if it gets something wrong

Say “put it back” and it goes back to how it was. Beaver runs every change itself before shipping it, and anything that fails the checks doesn’t ship. What changed and when stays in the chat.

How do I bring in the sheets I already use

Attach the file in the chat and Beaver builds the screen with the same column names and moves the values. “final_v2_FINAL” is fine as it is.

Where is our data

On a server and database opened just for your company. AWS Seoul, backed up daily, HTTPS only. The data is yours — cancel and within 30 days you get CSV files and a full database dump.

How long does it take

A column or a filter is usually the same day. A new screen takes a week or two.

Everything else — billing, cancelling, PLUS

Beaver plan

  • It builds and staysAn agency hands the work over and leaves, and after that every line costs another quote. Beaver is a subscription, so it stays while you use it, with no cap on changes.

  • The first month isn’t billedYou decide after seeing the first screen.
  • You can stop any timeNo penalty.
